Refund policy

Please note that fabrics are sold as bespoke items, cut to your requested size, so we are unable to exchange these if you change your mind. If colour, weight and texture are important for your purchase, we recommend you ordering a sample prior to committing to a larger purchase.  While we do our best to accurately represent the colour of our fabrics, please note that all monitors, screens and devices show colours differently. 

If, however, you receive faulty or damaged fabric, please contact us at sales@allnatualfabrics.com and we will gladly arrange a suitable remedy.
